We want you to love your New York & Company purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned with original tags attached and accompanied by the packing slip to ensure a smooth refund process.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the original packing slip inside the parcel.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
